The challenge
Daily Grind Café took most takeaway orders through delivery apps and paid commission on every one. The owner tracked sales in a spreadsheet at the end of the week, so it was hard to plan stock and staff.
What we did
We set up a WhatsApp AI assistant that takes orders, answers menu questions and confirms pickup times. Orders feed into a sales and orders dashboard that shows revenue by day, item and channel in real time.
